"Bashar al-Assad, the President of Syria, has killed thousands of his own citizens in the past few months. Many children are among dead. This is the time to speak before even more die.

While Joseph Kony is isolated and on the run, Assad is killing and torturing hundreds of people RIGHT NOW. There are plenty of bad guys around the world, and all of them should be brought to justice, but Assad is doing the most damage today.

What can you do? Read. Watch. Witness what is happening. And Act."

Like Kony 2012, there is a new video about the president of Syria Bashar al-Assad. The creator of this video hopes to create a new campaign like Kony 2012, but towards the Syrian President.

Assad is the president of a country. Assad is given support by foreign aid and kills his own citizens for the world to see. Assad and Kony are both bad guys and need to be stopped.

There are tons of bad guys in the world and all that need to be stopped. Although the Kony story is very important and tragic, I think this Assad 2012 is much more relevant to what's going on in America. I feel like an asshole saying we shouldn't worry about Kony, and that's exactly what I'm saying, but Assad is right in front of our face murdering thousands of people. Kony is in hiding.

I don't really know what to say.
