I've been interested in psychology as of late, and have been doing research in general. A biologist, Bruce Lipton, published a book in 2005 named "The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter & Miracles" he speaks about epigenetics. So how you see the world, your circumstances, the people around you, and the perception of yourself changes your DNA! Positive emotions affect the body in a positive way, and negative emotions affect the body in a negative way. This is influencing our DNA without us even knowing. Knowing this information, it helps you visualize exactly what you're doing to yourself when you're feeling a certain way. Lipton was once an atheist but after learning about how the cells functioned, he believed there is a God.
