SURKUS is an app for people who wants to go out and partying, at the same time as they want and will earn money. I have never heard about it before until a friend told me about it because she has been using it. Since it is a downloadable app I guess it can not be illegal? But I found it quiet funny and I really don't understand why an app like that is existent. Could that be considered as a job? I read about it an apparently when you have made a certain amount you have to fill in tax papers. But what do you fill in then? Is it considered as a freelance job? that's the only thing I can imagine that this job can be classified as. Another thing I think is pretty smart ( I don't know if I like the app) but it's the way some app has a good way of marketing themselves. This goes not only for SURKUS but apps like UBER, and LYFT. They have a marketing way of telling people to reefer a friend, and when the friend has joined, both the friend and the one who brought the friend will receive a certain amount of money. This is a really good way of advertisement and at the same time they receive more costumers and make the costumers like the app.

Hello Elinor, In my opinion, I find this app to be a scam... However, if your friend is using it, then it isn't one at all. I personally don't find this to be a full time job because what happens if you're injured, sick, and/or old? Then you would most definitely have to find something else as a career. But in the mean time, I understand how young adults would do this on the side. Extra money & partying... I wonder how much money is too much money in order to fill out a tax form. Are these individuals really making that much money?
