Stress have become a huge factor in our life’s the last couple of years. Everywhere I read about student who drop out of school because the pressure is too hard and adults who can keep up with the tempo at work. Stress isn’t only affecting our working abilities but also our personal health. People get problems with stomach ulcers and eating disorders etc.
Every semester in school I tell myself that I’m going to plan my study time better, and here we go again. Finals are coming up and I don’t think I’m the only one being angry at myself for not planning my study time better. So here I am again, panicking. I can’t believe the impact stress has over our life’s, I can’t remember the last time I was calm, slept from 11-8, ate every meal that a person is supposed to eat in a day, worked our regularly and more. I wish I lived in a world where I actually had the time to take care of myself.

Well… It is no exaggeration to say that everyone has severe stress. To me, I am under a lot of school-related stress, such as assignments and test. In addition, Final exam is coming pretty soon. Actually, things can easily go wrong when people are under stress and there are less possibilities to get less stress in societies. As you mentioned before, stress is the main reason to ruin health. Thus, we all have to figure out how to get over!!

Stress is virtually unescapable in this day and age. Sometimes I feel like some of the teachers I have provide us with so much work, with so little time, that I feel as though they are testing me. Stress is definitely a killer. We are told all of the time that we need to learn how to manage it. But, in modern day America, if you can't keep up, you get left behind.

I agree people are always competing with themselves and others which can create tons of stress. the lifestyle that america has created is an epidemic and doesn't allow people to relax nor have free time to themselves. Time management is crutical for handling stress, but also it is important for us to take a moment to step back from everything around us and focus on ourselves.

This is a huge issue, and unfortunately, it's true that stress affects our health. There is so much pressure out there, if you want to do something well with your life. I have gotten to the point that if I do not feel stress I feel like I'm not doing something productive with my life. But when we do stress, its a horrible cause to many things, with stress comes anxiety and many health issues, countless that are caused by it. The only way to help with that is to learn how to be organize but I feel that we have so many priorities that time has now become something to be afraid of.

Stress takes a huge impact in our health but can we block it from taking over our health, of course. I know work keeps piling up and you go through this pattern where you avoid it and end up doing everything last minute. Honestly, i'm not saying i'm stress free, but i'm trying my best to maintain it and the first step to that is ALWAYS get rid of your school work first so you wouldn't have to worry about it later. That sentence sounds sooo plain but does soo much. Counseling 20 actually really helped me manage my stress with school work as well.
