This week’s topic I made it on live music or DJ. I honestly prefer live music rather than listening to a DJ at a party. I enjoy myself better when an actual group or band is playing. I can be my own DJ but what I can’t do is play an instrument. I recently have been going to see bands play at different festivals and I love the show they bring into the festivals. Being able to watch someone play an instrument is amazing to me because it is something I have not yet tried learning. Live music makes me feel alive making the vibrations of each sound wave circle around my skin. When I dance to live music I always look around my surroundings and makes me appreciate things more; an eye opener that life is short and that we as individuals should enjoy life to the fullest with live music. When listening to a DJ I just dance to it but I don’t have the same realizations. I recently had my birthday party and I had a live Mexican band play and I enjoyed myself to the fullest. To my liking, live music is a must in every weekend party.

Live music or a DJ? Well, it all depends, if I'm out at a club, most likely I'd much rather have a DJ as the fact everything would be switched up, and mixes too songs. Now obviously if the DJ just pressing "play" to run a prerecorded mix, then I'd feel like asking them why do they even DJ when it should be they're job to make the music new every time. If I were to be heading to a big arena, I much rather see a performance by some group or an artist, I'd never go to a Jabbawockeez show just for the music, I want to see the performance. Of course, if it's New Years Eve, I want to be in Vegas at Omnia nightclub for a Calvin Harris show
